THE HOME
Off the Beachin Path is located in the beautiful beach community of NatureWalk, 30A's newest gem. Neighboring the famous coastal villages of Water Color and Seaside, NatureWalk is a short bike ride to the beach, shopping, restaurants and Publix. The home is conveniently located close to the neighborhood "Gathering Place" which has two pools (one heated), hot tub and fire pits and is in an area of NatureWalk where construction is complete. The home sleeps 10 comfortably (12 in a pinch) and features two master suites, two additional bedrooms, an upstairs loft area with sleeper sofa, three full baths and two half baths. It is beautifully furnished and fully stocked with all the essentials.
THE BEACH
Just a short bike ride away is access to the beautiful white sands of Santa Rosa Beach. If you are taking more 'supplies' the home includes a street legal 4-seater golf cart for licensed drivers. There is also significant parking at Bramble Grove Beach Access, which offers restrooms and a ramp to the beach.
